  • What happens after I join?
Congratulations and Welcome to the Community! The first thing you will get is an email from me with the download link for our app (iOS and Android). Then we will ask you to join our Facebook page and Facebook Community where we all go for encouragement and inspiration (:
  • What equipment do I need?
The best thing to do is join a discount-gym for $10/month just to have the basic equipment. If for whatever reason that can't be done, just let me in know and I'll get you set up with a 100% body-weight plan (or whatever you have access to).
  • I’ve tried a million things before - why will this work for me?
Two BIG reasons:
   1) My programs are different because they are tailored to you. They are not just a one-size-fits-all that you see so many people pushing.

   2) I'm not just an Instagramer who has abs. I went to university for this and have multiple certifications as a base of schooling, then I took that base and built on it with in-person training to gain practical knowledge.

Once you start, you will be blown away with how much quicker your progress will come!
  • I'm just a beginner, will this be hard for me?
Nope! Remember, everything is tailored TO YOU so it is based on your current fitness level. We'll work together and build your fitness lifestyle in a way that works for you!
  • What if I don't like one of the workouts?
Simple. Just send us a message in the app and we will work with you to get you something better.
  • What if I fall off the plan?
I know working out isn't always the easiest thing to do, so the team and I will stay on top of you to keep you going. If we see that you missed a workout, we'll be right there to help you when you need it most!

The session lasts about 60 minutes, and if you do not want to work with us in a more intimate way, you can leave without buying anything. The Strategy Session will provide insights into your current health and fitness and offer strategies that you will be able to implement right away.
