We will be using a unique training structure. It will be a mix of in-person sessions, and technology to help us get the job done efficiently.
Every month you will get new exercises that are planned just for you, so you're always surprised and entertained. The plans are always based on your skill level so they progress as you do which will help to increase your endurance, concentration, and energy.
Our in-person sessions will focus on:
- Updating our goals together,
- Reviewing your upcoming month's program, and
- Demonstrating the exercises (showing you the proper form and what to look for when doing them).
From there, the app will come into play. Your workouts will be pre-scheduled for you and include videos of exercises that you may need to review. Once you record your sets, reps, and body stats I can keep an eye on you. This allows me to provide immediate feedback and assistance, preventing problems before they arise.
The app has some other features that may be useful to you, including:
- Integration with My Fitness Pal to track your nutrition,
- Workout reminders to help ease you into this, and
- Direct messaging to me within the app.
