Before we dive into this, I want us to be on the same page: 
I believe that fitness is not only about looking in-shape, but it's about being in-shape.

There are too many personal trainers who starve themselves to look "good" and promote their lifestyle as being "healthy."

They try to get you to do the same, so you too can "live the life."

Before you know it, you're skipping meals, training 2x a day and drinking so many "healthy" shakes that you've forgotten what real food tastes like!

I can't tell you how much I disagree with this. On so many levels.

My experience and knowledge of health and fitness comes from:
  • Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Biology – For Nutrition
  • Certified Personal Trainer – For the Basics of Fitness
  • Specialized Movements Coach – For Mobility & Injury Prevention
The program that you'll be starting has been researched, tested and proven, over-and-over again before being shown to you. 

This way, we will get those results and we'll skip the nonsense! 
What To Expect
My goal is to work with you to get you to your goals in the quickest and least painful way possible. Whether you want to lose fat, gain muscle or simply be healthy for the long-term, it can all be done.

Your exercises are all unique to you and your needs. This means that as we will be working towards our primary goal(s), we will also work to heal past injuries and correct any muscle imbalances.

Together, we will plan workouts around your schedule. Do you prefer 20-30 minute sessions before work? Are you free on weekends? Did life get in the way of a workout? No problem, your training can be adjusted accordingly so that you get the most out of each month.
What Makes Me Different?
I'm NOT just another coach with a downloaded workout from the internet or a school textbook... 

As one of my clients, you'll get a science-based workout plan that has exercises from advanced courses, athletic research studies and even medical journals.

All mixed together to create a balance that is just right for you.

We can get to your goal(s) quickly and safely. There's no need to be extreme - no need to starve yourself - and cause long-term damage just to get results next week.
The goal is to be healthy so you can live a long life.
My love for athletics means that I've always got my nose in a book and my ears plugged into a podcast. There's so much great information being shared around the world today - I love it! Learning about this stuff get's me so excited! 

We'll constantly be trying new techniques and methods to see what works best for you! It makes it so much easier when you don't have to make drastic changes, you can keep having fun, enjoying life AND be fit!

Each workout includes mobility, core stability and strength training to build a real foundation. 

You'll learn how to get your muscles moving properly, you'll relieve pains and prevent future injuries. And odds are that at some point you'll even notice that you have a better posture in your everyday life.
